Two private getting-ready suites so you and your partner have the space you need to prepare for the day ahead in luxury and comfort.
For a stylish cocktail hour, or an outdoor reception, the Overlook Patio and Jasmine Terrace provide space and sweeping views of the lake for you and your guests.
The unique Oak Amphitheater is our most popular outdoor wedding space, providing a serene spot down by the water to exchange your vows cocooned by nature and your family and friends.
The Boulder Room with its charming floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, 17th-century cypress doors and ornate chandeliers provides an elegant space to host your reception. If it’s raining it also makes a romantic backdrop for your wedding ceremony.
This is your room to decorate, dine in, and dance the night away.
With shimmering water, towering trees, rolling lawns, charming Locust Swing, and breathtaking sunsets—there are endless opportunities to capture perfect photos throughout your day.

“How many events do you host in a day?”

We only ever host ONE event per day so you get exclusive use of the venue.
Q: What are the nearest towns to your venue?
We’re a waterfront wedding venue in South Carolina situated between Charlotte and Columbia. Our nearest towns are: Lancaster (12 miles) Rock Hill (28 miles), Fort Mill (40 miles), Columbia (50 miles) and Charlotte (55 miles). We are also 57 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
Q: What are the accommodation options near the venue?
There’s an excellent selection of Airbnbs, hotels and Bed and Breakfast options within a 30-minute drive. We've compiled a list to make it easy for you and your guests to find the accommodation you need.
Q: What transportation services are available?
We work with a companies out of Charlotte for transportation. They offer sedans, 30, 40 & 56 passenger vehicles. A typical cost for a bus to and from the venue is approximately $2000- $3000 for 8 hours of service.
Q: What’s your policy on alcohol?
You’ll need to bring in your own alcohol for your event. A certified and insured bartender is required to service alcohol. An off-duty police officer is required to be on-site during bar service. Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol.
